Trump's Granddaughter Seeks Professional Advice from Tiger Woods Ahead of LPGA Debut

Emerging athlete getting ready for major competition

The rising star boasts impressive online presence

The young golfer will have numerous high-profile cheerleaders when she makes her professional golf debut this Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who happens to be related to Donald Trump, obtained a tournament invitation to participate at the Annika competition in Florida.

The former president, a passionate golfer, operates several golf courses and regularly plays against his granddaughter.

"He's fairly competent. I can't reveal details but we have tight competitions," she stated.

Kai explained that her grandfather, unable to come, told her: "Just stay calm."

"He basically advised me to play and relax," she explained.

"From my perspective, he's just a regular grandfather. He's not attending for the tournament. He's busy with world affairs, making him rather occupied."

As an amateur, Kai has participated in just three tournaments in 2024 and maintains the 461st position in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.

But she can receive tips from Tiger Woods, romantically involved with her mother.

"He represents the top athlete in the world," Kai expressed.

"And he's a superior individual. He told me to compete, enjoy myself, following the flow."

She'll challenge multiple most prominent players in women's golf at the competition, including world number two Nelly Korda, British golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.

Officials commented that Kai's presence helps introduce golf to new audiences, particularly among younger fans.

The young star boasts millions of followers and just introduced her own fashion and living brand.

Her first tee time at late afternoon GMT.
